If TPTW can issue an 8K for that MICKEY MOUSE agreement between them and Thomas Sciebtific where no money is exchanging hands they can certainly issue an 8K for a material event where they sold a Quiklabd pod or a Saniquik shower.

But alas not one even one contract signed for the sale of anything!
