This is a realistic concern, as you say relating to the speed of development and risk factors. Thankfully I'm not high risk and can let millions go before me before I need to be vaccinated

Yes the vaccine was rushed to the market.

It used the same protocols as a it would as any other vaccine but at an accelerated rate.

What we don't know and it is a very legitimate concern is if there are any long term affects to the vaccine. We will find moving forward in the months and years ahead.

Because the virus is so contagious and life-threatening some risks must be taken.

That being said the scientist don't expect long term affects however they and we won't truly know and won't know until sometime in the future.
