Volume is a bitch, but it is still a bit early

That’s exactly right. They’ve been doing this for weeks, but early this week and last week during the MASSIVE runs, volume was too much for them to hold it. Now that it’s slowed a bit, they’re back at it.

As soon as stop sign comes down and/or Funding news, etc hits, they’re screwed and we’re off to the races again.
