Well, have you wondered where this electricity comes from? About 82% of our electricity comes from non-renewable source. fossil fuels lead the “charge” at 63% Next up, nuclear. Renewable (green) sits at around 17-18%

The classic mis-direction of all these new technologies being touted by the climate doomers (not calling you a climate doomer at all, just repeating the usual headlines in the news).

All these lovely new green technologies, solar panels, electric cars etc all require products that are produced using fossil fuels, or will require fossil fuels to power and recharge the electric cells.

Green energy is no where near (unless we have some miraculous technological leap) to being able to power the amount of homes we currently have. You suddenly throw in hundreds of millions of electric vehicles and we will need fossil fuels to power the charging stations for many more decades.

Unless the left (I say left because that is where these green p[policies come from) start getting behind nuclear power.

Actually, I sold my company ten years ago and just get royalties now, but oil accounts for most of the synthetics that are manufactured. Most fabrics are oil based. Fuel is important, but look at plastics. ever wonder about where plastics come from? Oil is much more than fuel. Much more.
