Pctl applied for the otcqb listing on or before 9/14/2020. They certified for otcqb on 9/18/2020. Since then, pct issued one meaningful update in which they invoked their favorite excuse for delays, covid, and said their application was delayed due to covid. I believe the guidance they gave at that time was their application would take 6 to 8 weeks. We're now in week 11 by my count. This seems to be an excessively long period of time for an application to be processed and accepted. Anyone have any meaningful insight into what the actual delay might be? I thought otc might want to see a financial filing actually filed on time but now that seems unlikely to be the cause for delay.
