Henry needs this around 3bill shares after buyback. If the buyback doesn’t get us there he will RS. That is what we are able to figure out from what everyone is saying and what Henry is telling folks in messages over the last year.
Henry has never said he will spend over 10mill on buyback and always said that number or less. So we will see some amount repurchased to avoid legal issues.
Henry also needs pps around $0.75 for ADE long term. How do we get there if to many shares are out.
We will see a RS at some point if shares are to high it’s that simple.
