For all the hate that Marcelli gets in general, he has successfully kept this thing going, and actually managed the dilution pretty well.

LPC cannot be selling right now given the lack of volume. I'm personally hopeful for deals in the next 6 months that would allow us to turn this financing off. Or at least to be able to raise money at much higher prices.
