The more act may pass the house but it has little chance in the senate. It could make it through the senate but Mitch who runs the senate says no he will not bring it to the floor for a vote. We all know it's not if but when it passes but right now unfortunately in the senate it's not just a no it's a never. However if both senate seats that are undecided go to the democrats then yes but this too is unlikely to happen.
