Thanks for an incredibly insightful response. I don’t disagree with anything you have written, especially the part about this deal being conceived pre-COVID.

I do have a follow-up question if you don’t mind. I do understand it requires a bit of speculation before I ask it.

Is there any logical reason why they can’t “seal the deal” with what they have and then build upon the business? I do agree with what others have written with respect to the transactions being easier to complete when it is still a privately-held entity but I have also seen deals grow after mergers are completed with publicly-traded entities.

I feel the exact same way MrP! Many scrutinizing the process weren’t even around Pre-Covid. Yes it’s taking longer, but it is much bigger than initially anticipated

This is a great assumption but the big problem is the languages in recent PRs by PASO, the overall activities and behaviors by PASO, CLX and JG, nothing goes with these assumptions.

When things go in the right direction, everything remains in sync and you can see reflection of that. If not, nothing makes sense and that’s what is happening now.
