I do have a follow-up question if you don’t mind. I do understand it requires a bit of speculation before I ask it.
Is there any logical reason why they can’t “seal the deal” with what they have and then build upon the business? I do agree with what others have written with respect to the transactions being easier to complete when it is still a privately-held entity but I have also seen deals grow after mergers are completed with publicly-traded entities.
