You would think so, right? Who wouldn't want the ticker "VAPE"? Seems pretty obvious. However, if one would take over the ticker, then they would also inherit the $5 million in liabilities from their last disclosed balance sheet in 2017. But there's a billion shares outstanding. Who owns these shares? You would think there may be large holders of the stock out there. Wouldn't it behoove them to help VAPE find a merger candidate?
