marjac-alm@ I have lived all my life by rules of logic.
What I have learned on this board is - that LOGIC - is not necessary a part of Law and Letigation.
If I were to think in my 'normal way' of getting through life (in a line of different businesses) - I would before even starting a big proses of putting together 'A Case' - ask the Judge in question - if he/she would be taking it in to consideration (not just be putting a 'DENIED' on the filing when received).
I know it probably sounds like a completely idiotic suggestion/question - but I will ask it anyway - as I have just explained. --------------------
Is the juristically system 'that stiff/unhuman' that you can not contact an 'servant of the People' (paid by the People) to just tell it she (in this case) will at least have a look on the filing (not just 'DENIED' without even opening the envelope) ?
Would make a whole lot of difference going through the process.
