GGB,
I think we need to understand what I believe is meant by TLD. I believe TLD is the statement the company makes after they receive the consolidated data from the contractors they've hired to do that work. The contractors don't hand them TLD, they take what the contractors provide and summarize it into a statement which is issued as TLD.
To my knowledge, we're not certain that the contractors have finished their work and turned it over to the company. We know that Dr. Liau said she had not seen it when she made her appearance a couple weeks ago. We can assume that by now they have it, but I'm not aware anyone has confirmed that.
As I see it, they don't have TLD until they've finished writing the release and all involved agree that it's ready to be released. Prior to that at best they have a draft of what's being considered for release.
If others are correct, at the very same time they may be working on material that will be incorporated into a presentation or publication for peer review. I cannot say this is happening, but believe it's a possibility.
TLD will certainly be out prior to peer review, but it could come at any time thereafter. I suspect that it will be metered out, not everything revealed at once, and yes, it's still my belief that the total package may not be revealed until ASCO 2021 which is in late May, early June. I say this because it's probably the biggest conference of the year and clinicians like Dr. Liau would want to present the full package of information there. That's not to say that 90+% of what's presented hasn't been presented for peer review elsewhere, but sufficient information may be held out to gain the ASCO Abstract acceptance and a presentation. ASCO Abstracts are due in February I believe, so it really isn't that long until it must be submitted.
