That time frame is possible but I think things will happen before then.

1. I suspect that plans for the additional buildings have already been drawn. Whether the City has looked at them already is unknown. But Coalinga is a small town and they have a vested interest to expedite permitting.

2. The land is already owned outright so that won't be an issue.

3. I believe that the existing CUP (Conditional Use Permit) already includes the proposed facilities. If I am wrong, somebody correct me on this one.

4. The construction industry has been deemed "Essential" by Governor Newsom. My company which operates in the Central California construction industry hasn't missed a single day of work because of Covid.

5. Lastly, you are absolutely right. A million in profits / month isn't bad at all. In fact, it's friggen fantastic! But just imagine what Three Million or Five Million / month will feel like.........because that's where we will probably be at once the new facilities have been brought on line.

However Mike intends to accomplish expansion funding, you can bet he's explored every possible option. You can also bet he has examined the risk/reward of waiting until the corporate coffers are more fully charged vs. engaging in the expansion process now.

NGW is at a crossroads. They have reached their first plateau. The existing facility is operating at maximum capacity and the NGW brand is being received better than any of us had hoped for. So now it's time to either fish or cut bait. They have proved they can produce the finest cannabis in the world........and just as importantly, that they can do it at a heart stopping profit margin.

Now it's time to take the next step.

I will continue to buy...........just as I have done for the past two years.
