So if what you say is how they went about it, it's going to be easy to prosecute.

I'm not rushing to judgement on Dr Schena. But what I will say, is they have two people named in the conspiracy that have plead guilty. I'm sure they both had council and did not take that decision lightly to plead to a felony. And I'm sure part of that plea is going to point the finger straight at Dr Schena. So it's a tough road ahead.

But I'm open here. Let's see what comes out at trial.
