I may be incorrect but wasn't Dr. Julie an employee at Arrayit when her medical ID was being used? Hard to believe a laboratory us expected to "see" every patient who has an allergy test submitted by Doctors throughout the country?? Could be that Arrayit even payed for Dr. Julie med ID certification?? I believe that could give them the right to utilize it for test processing procedures, never mind that she was a current employee. There are alot of details that we are not privy to and rushing to judgment may be premature!
