MRL, I’ll admit I’m not sure now, am checking. Sent a note to UB about it last night but haven’t heard. I’ve always been under the impression that a non reporting, not current company doesn’t really have to file anything and over my 20+ years doing this I have seen Mergers where nothing filled until AFTER current, then they catch everything up. I’m still learning a lot here and if I’m wrong my apology... if you made a dime for every wrong in life I’d be retired a long time ago!
I do think that Charles will file one just because it’s expected and more importantly, because it looks professional. I’ll keep digging and post which is correct and my apology to anyone if what I posted was wrong...
