$TSNP The Oklahoma corporation has now been merged into the new Delaware corporation. Therefore, Tesoro is now a Delaware corp. Next up: HUMBL, LLC gets merged into Tesoro (Delaware) and the name of the corporation will become HUMBL, Inc.
