The shares have been prices ay $6.50 I see. I was hoping for $7 or higher.

Technically strong support exists at 5.80 - 6.16 range, so this offer can accomplish several things- Clear a debt making those Insiders rich, close all gaps created (except that pesky 2.23 from Spring Covid fear propaganda in media) and regain upward momentum from previously established support levels.. Time will tell here..
