Based upon the company's history, it is certain (to me, at least) the eventual offering price of the new shares will be at a considerable discount to the closing price of today's regular session. I am really glad I sold my shares at $9.11/share at about 4:45 PM ET today. Now I will have the chance to buy them back much cheaper and thus have a chance to own many more shares than I sold today. Based upon today's after hours prices I likely will be able to buy them back well below $7/share and possibly even below $5/share. I'm thinking the new shares will likely be priced below $6, possibly even at around $5/share (due to how far and fast the stock ran up prior to this week) - maybe even around $4/share due to that being the target price of an analyst who downgraded the stock not too long ago.

In posting to this site, it is my primary aim to provide accurate information and good ideas to the readers, for their benefit - and not hype or nonsense or gross exaggerations. I hope I achieve that goal. I also hope to learn by asking questions.
