Who are JPS after on the contract claims? The companies? If so they are in conservatorship/restructuring so a judge is going to tell jps to pound sand. Companies have every right to cancel their dividend. It's in the purchase info of jps.
But wait! Are they holding the government liable for their contract claims? Good luck with that. The government can tie you up in court for at least 13 years if not more.
