Yes, if after the expiration of the P-Patent, CRTG tries to process a product that is exactly as the P-Patent shows on Paper, then the Patent will probably go through? But the one on the P-Patent document has to be different than previous Patents, or there will be Infringement problems! And they will be penalized if the new patent is different than the one outlined in the P-Patent! One penalty is that crtg will never obtain a Provisional Patent extension again!!!

As of today, unless some proof can be provided, there is no CHS patent.... only possibly a Patent application!! The only patent worth talking about is a change in the basic CHS product that will show uniqueness or qualities that rise above what the original CHS patent has!! We can only hope that a new and better CHS+ product will be patented! Anything else just won't do it, but that is only my opinion?? Good luck to all!
