Sounds like FUNN going to delay Tucson and Chicago further

Abandoning Guelph? - as they should.

No mention of S&L Publishing SAS - so, my guess is that it really is dead.

They should FUGGEDABOUT ILK Gro3 and get rid of S&L Publishing SAS

Unfortunately, doesn't sound like they will complete FU19 or FU20 audits any time soon. If they don't file by end of CY20/Dec 2020 - won't give them a real chance to sell Franchises.

Honestly, FUNN needs to have FU19 and FU20 filed no later than 12/31/20
