And how do you not make a simple phone call to your existing lender to find out if moving your existing levered properties was even in the realm of possibilities...

They knew the lender would not play ball. Ezra ran the scam in 2010 first. I think he thought no one would find it. He tried the REIT crap as well. The same thing happened, the lenders bucked then the SEC bucked and the whole board got dismantled.

Plus why would they announce the formation of a REIT (LMAO) so early in the game, so far and away before even having audited financials... asinine.
