None of those RE PR’s even make since... they had no way of paying for them. And how do you not make a simple phone call to your existing lender to find out if moving your existing levered properties was even in the realm of possibilities....

Plus why would they announce the formation of a REIT (LMAO) so early in the game, so far and away before even having audited financials... asinine.

Nothing adds up and it’s impossible for me to believe otherwise at this point.
