Where it really gets f'd up is DFCO owns no IP and we have no details on the contractual obligations between Likido and DFCO.

Of course neither Likido or DFCO can manufacture those "chryochillers" so there's another unkown affiliate that will profit from any real deal if it ever manifests itself.

Similar ambiguity with Prakat - no way to calculate the worth of either deal.
