Sorry eight. I see what you’re saying now. AMRN requested an injunction to be part of the final outcome but they didn’t petition for a preliminary injunction yet. Hikma may continue with business as usual and await the outcome of the trial or they may decide it’s too financially risky. AMRN may wait to see how Hikma responds to the suit and may or may not petition for a preliminary injunction or a TRO at a later date depending on Hikma’s actions. Is that about the jest of things?
