At the OSC hearings Monday, what are we to expect?

I mean, will there be a written statement put out to the public that we can attain at the end of the day?

Is there website for these postings?

or are we looking at waiting for days for their hearing decisions?

I am seeking for knoeledge in these proceedings, that I know little about.

i agree but surely sljb can clarify on monday at least the simple accusations

was the auditor pr false and misleading - it is really a yes or no answer - and if it is no - show the court why

the me deal - again a yes or no answer - granted this one maybe a bit more complicated but showing proof any proof that they have and had deals in the ME will go along way imo

as for the trading - that is a different matter and will take several hearings due to various people being involved

i am hoping and yes it is a stretch that the court will start to separate the insider trading from the future operations of the company because if the courts in canada say it should be halted than why would a usa court say that it shouldn't be?
