The published proceeding on Monday is only one hearing, and from the published details will not provide a final resolution or adjudication of the major questions which plague all of us.
The old saying is "The wheels of justice grind slowly, but they grind exceeding fine". In this case, I think the slowly is going to be one of the operational words. Those of us who have been with this stock for any period have learned that whatever date is promised for a final clarification, resolution or release only provides another look forward to the next date.
I don't personally feel that this coming Monday will be any different. Especially as SLJB is a US stock, the actions of the OSC pertain to Canadian trading and Canadian citizens and possible wrongdoers. I doubt that the final resolution of this mess on the US side of the border will be happening Monday (or any time next week).
