Agreed. But they can't share unblinded data with a Journal without public announcement first, right? Wouldn't it make sense to several Journals on standby, vying for the article if topline is positive? I think they have had the data for weeks as well. Release it and every major publication will want it.

I believe the Journal is the final pitstop. The way we have been treated and pounced upon over the years! This is the only way to make it believable and uncontested! Period. Only way to go!

Fast-track publication
Our Fast track process (previously known as Swift Plus+) means that The Lancet aims to peer review and publish papers within four weeks of submission, if no extensive revisions are required (eight weeks for Lancet specialty journals). This option is available for randomised controlled trials, and papers of major health importance, and the timeframe allows for full peer review as well as comprehensive editing, to the same standard as all other peer reviewed papers published in our journals.

I agree. the Company knows what AF/MH did within hours of TLD release by Amarin; in the name of so called journalists, they wrote a hit piece inflicting doubt on the overwhelming efficacy of the drug blaming it on placebo killing people, that crashed the share price from about $23 down to the teens within a few days. I think simultaneously publishing in the Lancet while releasing TLD must be really wise, imo. No wonder DI says that they are working hard to deliver. And he also asked us to breathe easy; this means there is nothing wrong with the data to me, in fact on top of publication, they might be working on so many other fronts like communicating with the FDA, Merck, etc. In the meantime until we receive good news, I like to watch this clip again and again.

So many clues that end points have been met...I believe the company have been unblinded for 6+ weeks.

We also know they are awaiting a major journal to give the green light on publishing the full and final data in conjunction with our TLD PR ... and of course Lancet publish every week so....

There are quite a few more, and far more compelling, clues that lead one to believe this is a straight-up scam. Also, you say you know they are awaiting a major journal to give the green light on publishing the full and final data? Really? Neither you nor any of the longs on this message board know anything about what this company is doing because none of you have ever been right about anything despite the constant parade of 100-percent certain predictions like this one that never, ever turn out to be correct. What does that even mean? Why would they wait for a journal to give them the green light? That makes zero sense. The company is the only entity that should be determining when to give the green light on data release. If you have positive data for a treatment that can save the lives of cancer patients, why would you wait on anything? It's just absurd.

I believe the OS at year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 would beat its historical SOC #.
