In big board space I agree with you and it shouldn't make one economic difference but unfortunately, that is not how the world works in the otc. otc traders have been burnt time after time on reverse splits as they are almost used 100% a time in the otc as a way to sell more shares. when you have been burnt time after time, otc trades see rs and sell in fear of instantly more share dumping by the otc company. at the end of the day it took me a long time to get over that in otc space because you are right that it shouldn't make one bit of difference just like a stock split wouldn't. unfortunately though, you will learn this is the otc and there are still a TON of WEAK HANDS OWNING THIS STOCK and they will sell the second a reverse would be announced. for that reason, rs have a huge negative impact on otc shareholders. welcome to the cesspool of the OTC. big board traders never make money in the otc because a lot of time stock movements have zero to do with fair value too. for those reasons, now everyone knows how detrimental a reverse would be to existing shareholders. just saying...know one ever said trading an otc penny stock is easy...

The only good reason IMO for a reverse split is to uplift. Short of that any other reason has resulted in poor price performance from my personal years of experience
