This is finance 101. A reverse split has no impact on market capitalization. None, zero, zilch. That's not to say the market won't react by bringing the market capitalization up or down. It depends on the circumstances for each individual stock undertaking a reverse split. In my opinion, a reverse split with Relief would be a non-event.
