Nope, Yazbeck stole, defamed and misrepresented himself as an agent of Peatross company. And ised the stolen funds for SCAMydx business afterwards.

Yazbeck is attempting to fight, because he’s used all the SCAMydx stock he can to cover legal losses over the past 5 years (yes, settlement agreements are legal losses...according to longs and promoter).
