Doc328 laid it all out too. There were several missing CDR measures, including one related to POA, Simple Reaction Time. That's frustrating and picking because we would certainly have that since we have the othertwo reaction metrics and it would have enabled a composite POA comparison to Rivastigmine.

According to your post from last Sunday,

The CDR attention battery, comprises three brief but highly sensitive tests of attention: simple reaction time, choice reaction time and the digit vigilance task.

Anavex provided data for 2 of the 3 tests. From anavex ctad presentation,

Broad and statistically significant improvements in CDR system Cognitive Domain of Attention assessed by Choice Reaction Time (p = 0.039) and Digital Vigilance (p = 0.008)

Data was missing from only one test, simple reaction time. Question, is the cdr attention battery cited above same as the cdr-coa?

This cognitive performance assessments diagram doesn't include simple reaction time in the coa. It includes the tracking test instead. I think this is correct.

8 of the 10 cdr tests were included in the ctad presentation, just not broken down individually. Only tracking and simple reaction time I think maybe weren't included.
