That's an interesting question, it could also apply to their accountants as I believe the quarterly would be run through the accountant, even if it's not an audited document.

In another company the accountant was clearly holding up filings of many different companies, I suspect that if you say Covid-19 is creating the problem, you're excused. I doubt if much has to be proved, Covid is changing the way all sorts of things are done.

As I understand it, many people are involved with the preparation of the TLD statement. In the past, when the data was received from the contractor, I would suspect that all involved would get together and review it. In the world of Covid, I suspect they sent the package to all electronically, or perhaps even printed it and used FedEx, etc. to get it to everyone. Then they could get together in a Zoom, or other meeting.

My point is, everything is taking longer to do, if you want to do it safely today. Frankly, if all of them were tested before getting together it would be dangerous. Why? Because you can test negatively before it's detectable, but you're infectious, and a day or two later you'll test positive. We know that all attending events at the White House were tested, and we also know that events there turned into super spreader events. Better to do Zoom conferences, even if it takes longer.

I would hope that no one at NWBO has Covid-19, but if they were to say that's why the quarterly is late the excuse would probably be acceptable.

Like I said before, she already used that one a few years ago.
