Rosemountbomber, Yes but I don’t recall the exact context that Du stated Hikma would infringe or the negative comment that followed. I think the important part is that infringement is definitely taking place and there’s proof of multiple mechanisms and entities that provide for and support the infringement. Hopefully that will be enough to win injunctive relief for irreparable harm, if and when that becomes necessary, if not win an infringement suit. IMO
