JUST TAKE COMFORT in knowing that

1. TPS fought for 5% more in their take here, through 2 denials on their appeal all the way to THE 3rd AP COURT and won, thus moving the 70/30 to 75/25!! WHY??????????? IF IF IF the bulk is coming to commons

2. Why have the UW's as well FOUGHT now through 2 courts to MAINTAIN THEIR POSITIONS IN P's versus just begging to be in commons????????

ALL WILL BE JUST FINE HERE, it's just that SOME MAY BE FINER than others !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



You have two groups that combined have spent MILLIONS IN LEGAL fees to stay in preferds or increase those holding WHY, when it is proffered here that commons get the bulk of what is coming back here.!!!!!

LOGICALLY does this REALLY MAKE SENSE TO YOU? Take your over all holding position out of the picture or what you want it TO BE, and then look at THOSE with really good lawyers and tons of accountants and how they have either positioned themselves or fought to maintain their positions in P's and see if the commons get the bulk of the ESTATE really HONESTLY adds up to you, don't let your own holding position CLOUD your logic, and be honest WITH YOURSELF


BUT no matter how it works out all will be just fine

... The Numbers imbedded within the BK Filings, are imbedded in submissions to the Judge (Judge Walrath) regarding what "rosie" was attempting to do, ... ? ... comparative to what was legally able to be done' ... (my road king, was never in any danger)

... rosie was a gifted open court litigator, but also an arrogant screw up, he dug his heals in, and obviously lost within his (2) attempts to push plan 6 through, but ? he was also shown the door at one of the most prestigious law firms in the world', ... Weil ...

after all of the expense, he couldn't get it done' ...

his first day filing submission attempting to join many of the WMI subs for procedural purposes, after numerous BK filings submitted, was shut down by Judge Walrath' ... he wasn't able to compensate and move in a different direction, he just kept pushing and he just kept losing' ... sound familiar ? ... remind you of anyone ? ...

somehow, instead of accepting the responsibility for his own arrogance and errors, ... he chose to place the blame for his deficiencies on the equity owners of WMI' ... his hate was his ruin' ...

rosie' is gone, his open court lies are now meaningless, and he takes the LT and the restructuring component with him ...
