Brian foote is going to reach those not reached so far with paypal etc- those with much lower incomes worldwide- key phrase(not exact) those who do not use smart phones- & payments or money accepted as low as $5- or way higher- it is called ‘critical mass in marketing-reach to those who are not being reached by other platforms- imo- Mr. Foote is a genius- go tsnp/ humbl!
