#15926 RE: LarryJohnson #15925

The company I was referring to as “potential” only was “renewz sustainable solutions inc,”. of Montreal, Quebec and Boca Raton, Florida

renewz sustainable solutions inc, is listed at the boca address and even in past prs.

And renewz. Website directs to isun.

So, yes, I knew isun address was only in Canada. But I can show many links old and new showing renewz in boca. Did you ask about renewz?

It doesn’t matter if they are the ones merging in or not AND if they were, the CEO sure as hell wouldn’t be running his mouth about it. Actually, everything you just said makes a stronger case for them being the actual merging entity, but it doesn’t matter, someone knows something, the dollar volume was too strong.

This is 100% irrelevant. The action and buying yesterday was not based on EV chargers. This 'finding' or 'rumor' whatever you want to classify it as was also posted on Twitter and here I see WAY after the market closed.

An RM is coming to this CLEAN shell, only a couple more housekeeping items to clear up such as posting financials.

Keep in mind, if for whatever reason it is Cannabis related this could absolutely SCREAM since the entire sector is expected to roll to new highs next week with D.C. expected to vote and pass new cannabis legislation.
