Since a lot of people are linking this to a potential EV company that has a similar address. I dug up the EV company in question and looked exactly where they are.

1. EV Company is Canadian and based in Montreal.
2. Contacted directly the CEO who is Sass Peress and asked if they have a Florida office location or if they are planning of having one. THE ANSWER IS NO! NADDA!!! ZIP!
