You are kind - like you, I feel there has to be a sea change in the way Amarin as a company executes economically, legally, and in planning scientific ventures in future. I fear the United States market is so uncertain that necessity demands that while that battle is fought, the opportunities in Europe and China and South America etc are developed and fortified from immediate usurpation by generics. When you see the good that Vascepa has brought for patients (as I do) and contrast the chaos that it has unleashed in the marketplace and the courts...it is a shame. This drug is too good to be held down and like aspirin, statins, penicillin etc. society must and will have it at the right price and terms..unfortunately, a little bloodletting has to happen along the way..c'est la vie.
Fair disclosure I have lost much money as you have but have hung on like you with hope and belief rather than anything more intellectual. Not being clever enough to know when to exit as HDG and others did, I endure, I remain. My motto as ever vincit qui patitur.
