I think it’s better to quote the regulations that the SEC governs by, rather than bandy words about the OPINION of shareholders.

Again, the regulations are CRYSTAL CLEAR.

7 months is usual. Could take 11 months or LONGER if the SEC considers it unusually complicated.

Read General Rule 900. It written there.

The ONLY opinion that matters about whether it’s complicated or not is the SEC’s!
