Regarding the timing of the judge's ruling after the clerk's entry, the 1-2 weeks makes sense to me as the plantiff's attorney probably needs to submit all the expenses the defendant is allowed to recover by willing the lawsuit. There were two law firms that were involved and I expect all the documentation needs to be in certified/affidavit form.

And perhaps a calculation of interest?

Again, the company is going to do whatever it takes to satisfy the judge in order to secure this lawsuit so shareholders just need to be patient. Hard to do when you know the stock price is going to run hard with the news! :)
