The only relationship I've found is the Gov placed a 100M dose order. Contingent on FDA approval. The order was not made contingent on whether the PFE vaccine is better or worse than a competitor. In that context one could say PFE received a guarantee of future Warp Speed funding. But that's in the future. Without delivery currently, PFE has received no funding from the Gov. Moderna did receive funding.
