Could Verb be manipulated by a "Short and Distort"?

I would say that is a very likely scenario happening with VERB, especially when VERB's accomplishments are being ignored, petty issues like the lack of ADDITIONAL insider buying (despite there has not yet been any selling), and the denial of the existence of shorts in the market.
