That's sort of an Edenic scenario. In the real world they're about to do an offering of several million shares ($2.5M worth) which dilute our holdings appreciably.

Their latest statement showed a steep decline in revenue, they are heavily in debt, have not filed any 8Ks or put out any press releases about new deals.

I don't see it. There is, literally, no there, there.

That had almost a year to line up subscribers, and could have fully subscribed their “Reg-A” BY NOW.

They don’t care WHAT happens to their long-term, committed investors, and if they did, all 3 principals should suspend their salaries until Revenues justify them.
