I am looking for a steady move down. These internal agencies appeals commonly are a bunch of government flunkies merely paying lip service to the idea of an appeal and agency due process.
They generally just back each other up.

clearly this was a wam bam slam kill the project as soon as they thought (and think) Trump was out. This is the california left which has moved uup the coast from southern cal, taking over the norther coastal states, and now is heavily in alaska, with the 2 corrupt senators and corrupt money.

this is politics pure and simple. cali is now behind the iron curtain.

and the way the denial was written tells you how bad this is; if it was a fair and square house, they might have denied on one basis, with a suggestion to get it fixed...........but with 9, they are saying, we got you now, you are never getting squat.
