Registered Agent does nott run a company. It is a common thing lawyers do for clients - incorporate THEIR businesses and serve as the registered agent - all you do is provide a person/place to accept service of process for the corporation.

Registered Agents often handle hundreds to thousands of corporations. And rarely do much of anything at all. You are basically a human P.O. box to accept service of process and relay it to the corporate management. That's basically it. Functional remailer service - a human maildrop.

And look at the Officer list - all LAW PRACTICE except the CG Business Ventures LLC which has already be pointed ~OUTT is dormant and/or never got started. 'Incorporator" is nott a management position - an incorporator does nott 'run' anything - like a Registered Agent.

Everything else on that list is LAW practice. Just the musical chairs of changing law partners periodically.

Still (crickets) on his "AND" successful businesses he RAN other than law. Nothing on that list qualifies.
