Your conversation makes it sound like as if there is a real organization that bought the shell, but Hayter knows nothing about it? He is either playing dumb, or there is a group that exists that actually bought the shell. Perhaps he never sold it at all? Maybe he has multiple personalities. LOL Wonder whose name was on the Check that Hayter got, or was it all just stock? Supposedly he was bought out. I have to believe that there was some money exchanged.
The term CEO may be a misnomer for this company. It still sounds like to me that there is just some business being funnelled through this shell to try and help grow the share price as an investment. I don't even think that FGFC exists, except in its "componant parts". They sure won't reveal themselves or their internal structure--that much is for sure.
