yes if youre good at analyzing charts as i am, you can see that on this 18 month chart if .012 was our new platform, this stock has potential to go even HIGHER than the last 2 recent highs of .12. someone correct me if im wrong and nobody is seeing that. thanx ZHUD

That statement is incorrect. The founding members did NOT sell shares in May 2020.

The CEO and Director sold shares between 30 Jun 2020 and 30 Sep 2020. That was AFTER the run-up that took place in the beginning of June.

The 30 Jun 10Q shows that the CEO had 28 million shares and the Director had 20 million shares:

The 30 Sep 10Q shows that the CEO and Director BOTH had 0 shares:

The CEO and Director were most probably trying to take advantage of the high share price and make a quick buck (or three). As a result, the sale of 88 million shares (24 from the CEO, 20 from the Director, and another 40 from Hetai Investment Ltd) made the share price plunge from about 6 cents to about 1.25 cents.

Since the founding members did NOT sell shares in May 2020, then the rest of that statement is wrong as well. In other words, ZHUD was able to trade fine in May (before the founding members sold their shares). As a matter of fact, 100s of millions of shares traded during that timeframe.
